Savage Custom Homes is a family-owned, Georgetown-based custom home builder led by managing partners Richard and Patty Savage. Since relocating to Central Texas in 2006, Richard (retired from a 22-year career at The Dow Chemical Company) has pursued his passion for high-end custom homebuilding full-time. The team, now including project manager Austin Barrett, builds fully custom homes where every floor plan is unique to the buyer's preferences.
Their signature approach centers on personal involvement throughout the entire design-build process, from conceptual design through completion. Richard stays hands-on with every project, ensuring the customer's needs are met or exceeded. They operate with a controlled project list to provide individualized attention and avoid the cookie-cutter approach common in the building industry.
