Encantada opened in November 2024 when a husband-and-wife team with over a decade of restaurant experience took over this charming riverside establishment. The menu draws inspiration from coastal regions, the heart of interior Mexico, and Tex-Mex tradition-all with a Latin twist that brings the unexpected. Their scratch kitchen crafts everything from brunch (Mexi-Benedict, Chilaquiles Verde, Churro Waffles) to signature entrees like Duck Carnitas Mole Enchiladas and Achiote Salmon over arroz verde. The experience centers on the dining room and riverside patio, with online reservations to ensure you get a great table. Happy hour runs 3–6pm daily with $2 off select appetizers and featured margaritas. Soft serve margaritas are now on rotation. The cantina program features craft cocktails, an array of tequilas and mezcals, wine, beer, and spirit-free options. Catering and private events are available for corporate gatherings, family reunions, and celebrations. Open Monday–Thursday 3–9pm, Friday 3–10pm, Saturday 11am–10pm, Sunday 11am–8pm.
