West Pecan Coffee + Beer

West Pecan roasts coffee fresh throughout the week on a Bellwether Roaster, an all-electric small-batch machine. Every coffee syrup is made in house, including the signature Pecan Sunrise-an espresso drink with oat milk, roasted pecan, sweet bourbon, and orange zest reduction. The menu spans seasonal iced lattes and classic cortados, plus pastries from local bakeries. A hand-selected wine collection and rotating tap of local Austin brewery beers round out the cafe. With indoor and outdoor seating, it's the perfect spot to linger with a friend or small group. West Pecan also hosts the Pecan Street Collective, a monthly vendor market on the first Saturday from 9am–2pm, bringing together local bakeries, artisans, and downtown Pflugerville businesses.
