Plantation House Boutique Inn

The Plantation House Boutique Inn is a four-suite property set on five meticulously groomed acres in Texas Hill Country, just 20 minutes north of downtown Austin. Owned by Norris and Luanna (called Luey), the inn creates a whimsical feeling of Southern hospitality on land they've tended since 1994. After hosting over a thousand weddings between 1998 and recently, Norris and Luanna transitioned the estate into an intimate boutique inn.

Each of the four suites has its own personality with traditional architecture updated with modern comfort: hardwood flooring, soft colors, quality mattresses, and private baths. The Crosby features a queen poster bed and freestanding soaker tub for two. The Cole, a 1000-square-foot loft on the third floor, sleeps four. The Reid offers a four-poster queen with whimsical charm, sleeping two. The Harper provides two rooms with a Jack-and-Jill bath and cast-iron fixtures, sleeping four.

Every morning includes a genuine Southern breakfast made fresh daily: eggs and bacon, buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy, banana pancakes, Belgian waffles with berries and cream, or French toast with cinnamon and sugar, plus fresh hot coffee. Guests relax on the front porch with rocking chairs or in the great room by the fireplace.
