How often should I get a massage?
Once or twice a month is a good starting point for most people to maintain healthy tissues and manage stress. If dealing with specific pain or injuries, increasing frequency can accelerate healing. Your therapist can design a personalized plan based on your goals.
What happens during my first visit?
Arrive 10 minutes early to complete a Texas-required intake form and settle into the spa. Your therapist will consult with you about your needs. You'll undress to your comfort level and lie on the table under sheets and blanket. Draping is mandatory in Texas, so privacy is fully respected.
Is tipping included in the membership price?
Tipping is optional but appreciated. Industry standard is 18-25% gratuity, and 100% of your tip goes directly to your therapist. You can pay by credit card at checkout or leave cash.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Cancel during business hours the day before with no fee. Cancellations the same day with 3+ hours notice incur a $40 late fee (members pay $30). Cancellations within 3 hours or no-shows are charged the full service amount. Same-day bookings are final.
Can members use their credits for add-ons?
Membership credits cover one massage of your enrolled session length in full in a single appointment. Credits cannot be split between services or used for time extensions separately. However, members do receive 50% off all upgrade add-ons like hot stones.
