Gino's Italian Restaurant and Pizza

For 32 years, Gino's has been Round Rock's destination for Italian cuisine. Founder Gino Minardi arrived in America from the coastal town of Gela, Italy in 1957, bringing with him traditional Italian cooking and bakery knowledge. After opening his first pizzeria in New Jersey, then Florida, Gino and his brother Luciano expanded to Texas, establishing the Round Rock location that now serves families and groups throughout the area.

The menu showcases Italian dishes prepared fresh daily: handmade pasta, pizzas with specialty toppings, seafood specialties like shrimp scampi and salmon siracusa, and signature preparations like chicken florentine and eggplant rollatini. Gnocchi matricianna, calamari fritti, and house-made desserts reflect the kitchen's approach.
