What if lights burn out after installation?
All lights are tested onsite to ensure they work before leaving your home. If any light goes out later, H&L will replace it at no charge under their free service call and warranty policy.
What happens to my lights in January?
H&L removes lights in January, maps and stores them safely, and guarantees you priority booking the following year with an install slot before Thanksgiving. You'll receive email notification of your removal schedule and a courtesy text with a 30-minute arrival window.
What if I move or rent my home?
Custom-cut lights can be reallocated to fit any new roofline, so they move with you. This saves you the cost of designing and purchasing a new system.
